Ms. Fu Rong, born in 1964, is a Chinese national with no permanent residency abroad and holds a doctoral degree. She served as assistant judge of the Economic Tribunal of Harbin Railway Transportation Intermediate Court from August 1986 to November 1994; an officer of Harbin Railway Bureau Industry Corporation from November 1994 to August 1999; part-time lawyer of Shanghai Branch of Beijing W&H Law Firm from April 2013 to July 2016; vice president of Shanghai Putuo District People’s Court (temporary post) from July 2016 to July 2017. Since August 2002, she has been associate professor at KoGuan School of Law, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Ms. Fu is now also a member of the Legal Research Committee of the 13th Shanghai Commission of the China National Democratic Construction Association, an arbitrator of the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, and an arbitrator of the Hangzhou Arbitration Commission. Since July 2018, she has been an independent director of Endovastec™.
