Mr. Liu Baolin, born in 1968, is a Chinese national with no permanent residency abroad and holds a doctoral degree. Since January 1997, he has successively served successively as lecturer, associate professor and professor of the Institute of Cryogenic Biomedical Technology; executive dean of the Graduate School; and dean of the School of Medical Instrument and Food Engineering, University of Shanghai for Science and Technology. He was a visiting scholar at the Michigan State University from February 2001 to August 2002 and a visiting scholar at the University of Arizona from August 2002 to July 2004. Since July 2018, he has been an independent director of Endovastec™.
